Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in business development, commercial management or strategic account management within the maritime industry
- Established professional network within the Italian maritime market
- Proven track record of securing new business and delivering revenue growth
- Strong relationships with shipowners, operators, maritime businesses or related stakeholders
- Experience managing high-value opportunities and negotiating with senior decision-makers
- Excellent commercial awareness, relationship management and influencing skills
