In this role you lead the end-to-end integration of acquisitions for ABB Robotics, turning transaction objectives into sustainable value. You work with business leaders and functions to standardize where appropriate while preserving unique value drivers. You build a scalable integration capability and drive synergy realization in a fast-moving, cross-border setup. You shape integration governance, plans, and decision-making to deliver measurable outcomes and protect talent and customer relationships.
Responsabilità Lead post-merger integrations end-to-end with clear priorities, governance, and execution plans
Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across Finance, People & Culture, Legal, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders
Define integration approaches that balance standardization with deliberate differentiation
Protect business continuity, capabilities, talent, and customer relationships during integration
Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional trade-offs to maintain momentum
Track progress against business case, synergies,
and milestones to realize value
Develop and improve a scalable integration methodology and capture lessons learned
Requisiti fondamentali 15+ years of experience in post-merger integration, M&A;, strategy, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles
Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional integrations with measurable outcomes
Strong business and financial acumen, including translating business cases into operational plans
Solid understanding of organizational design, operating models, processes, and transformation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders and acquired-company leadership teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance priorities, and deliver results in international, multicultural environments
