Overview
As a Junior Product Manager within Siemens’ Control Product team, you will help drive the SIRIUS Soft Starter portfolio and related motor-start and control applications. You will analyze market trends, coordinate GTM activities, and support sales with technical and commercial guidance to customers. You will collaborate with global teams to align local needs with roadmaps and deliver engaging technical content. This role offers hands-on impact in a global infrastructure tech leader with growth opportunities and strong cross-functional exposure.

Responsabilità
- Support lifecycle management of the SIRIUS Soft Starter portfolio
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute go-to-market activities, product launches and promotional initiatives




- Provide technical and commercial support to Siemens sales network and key customers
- Act as the local reference point for product positioning, applications and portfolio strategy
- Collaborate with global Product Management teams and factories to align local market needs with roadmaps
- Deliver product presentations, webinars and technical training to customers, partners and internal stakeholders
- Prepare application examples, technical documentation and customer-oriented materials
- Support strategic projects and key opportunities involving motor starting and motor control applications
- Monitor business performance, sales figures and market penetration, proposing corrective actions when required

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong interest in industrial automation, motor control and low-voltage electrical distribution
- Basic knowle
