The organization is undergoing a digital transformation focused on data-driven decision-making.
Job Purpose The Foundry Technical Engineering Lead will be instrumental in designing, implementing, operating, and optimizing engineering services for WFP's Palantir Foundry platform, supporting both headquarters and field offices globally. This role serves as the technical anchor for the developer team, setting high standards for technical solutions and fostering individual growth.
Responsibilities include reviewing and approving pipeline architecture and designs, monitoring system health and performance, optimizing resource management, and ensuring adherence to coding best practices and standards.



The lead will manage the release process, identify and develop engineering testing processes, and oversee technical debt management.
Additionally, the role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, defining handover processes for maintenance, and managing the engineering team, including task assignment, performance assessment, and mentorship. This position is crucial for advancing WFP's data utilization strategy and ensuring the long-term success of its digital transformation initiatives.
