Overview
In this strategic, international role you will champion Panasonic heat pump solutions to consultants, builders and installers, shaping projects and specifications. You'll design solutions, support sales, and manage project pipelines using Salesforce, while training partners and gathering market feedback to influence product strategy. You'll build strong relationships with specifiers to secure specifications and stay abreast of market developments. This position offers growth, cross-functional collaboration, and a meaningful impact in sustainable heating technology.

Responsabilità
- Visit consultants, house builders and installers to identify projects
- Support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions
- Assist the sales team on projects and design solutions for submission




- Follow up on projects in Salesforce and monitor the pipeline monthly
- Provide training on products and software to installers and consultants
- Provide market feedback to inform strategy, tactics and product development
- Suggest strategies to secure specifications and stay ahead of market developments
- Build relationships with specifiers to maximize specified projects

Requisiti fondamentali
- Basic knowledge of heat pump technologies and hydraulic systems
- 3–6 years of relevant field experience
- Experience with Air-to-Water heat pumps and residential products
- Area of responsibility: Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo e Sardegna
- Proficient planning, analytical and conceptual skills
- Willingness to travel
- English level B1–B2
