Job description
For our operational office in Bressanone , we are looking for a Customer Excellence – Front Office to join our Customer Excellence - Front Office Team.
The candidate will work in a multicultural and international environment, supporting customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and the main responsibilities will include:
Managing customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines
Supporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts




Ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers
Cooperating closely with Back Office, Sales Team and other internal departments
Monitoring requests, complaints and escalations until resolution
Updating customer information and documentation in internal systems
Managing front office administrative and operational activities
Ensuring a proactive, professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions
Profile
Previous experience in Customer Service, Front Office or similar roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
German language skills will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
