Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical and product support to Italian-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics.
Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through product setups,
ensuring a premium brand experience for JTI clients.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the latest consumer electronics trends to provide informed and accurate guidance.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to track performance and improve service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical concerns and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Excellent command of the English language.
A strong interest in technology and consumer electronics, with the ability to explain complex features simply.
Previous experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
Ability to relocate to Greece for this exciting Italian-speaking job opportunity.
