SALES MANAGER ITALY BU Functional Chemicals Edge - Division of Eurosearch Consultants - specialized in middle management and professionals research, on behalf of a global chemical group, is searching for a:
Responsibilities
The Sales Manager Italy will cover two main market segments: Coatings & Construction: Paints, Coatings, Construction and Printing Inks Advanced Chemicals: Leather, Release, Agro, Textile and Co-Producers The role is primarily commercially focused. The person will manage and develop existing customers, identify new business opportunities, negotiate prices and commercial conditions, and coordinate closely with Product Management, Application Management and other internal functions.
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience as sales professional.



A technical or chemical background would be an advantage Strong sales and business development experience Good knowledge of the Italian chemical or specialty chemicals market An established customer network in one or more of the relevant segments Strong customer and market understanding A proactive and hands-on working style Good, negotiation-level English as the person will work in an international organization Work location: Home-office based in Italy (the Italian office is north of Milan), willingness to travel regularly within Italy Remuneration package: € 60k annual gross + MBO and car Edge (Division of Eurosearch Consultants), in charge of the recruiting process, guarantees maximum confidentiality and equal employment opportunity to both genders (L. 903/77).
