Role DescriptionThe Office HSE Coordinator position is central to ensuring regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety management, and environmental protection for the Coral North Project operations based in Paris. The successful candidate will operate in a structured office environment, coordinating HSE activities across project teams, multiple contractors, and international stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to achieve the zero-injury objective (LTIFR = 0)
while maintaining full compliance with international and local regulations, supporting field operations through comprehensive HSE planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Planning, Policy Development, and Compliance ManagementDevelop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and work instructions aligned with OSHA, ISO 45001, API RP 75, and French regulationsConduct Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all project activitiesDesign and manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems for hot work, confined spaces, work at height, and electrical workEnsure compliance with French labor law (Code du Travail), CNAMTS (Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés), and international standardsMonitor HSE performance indicators (LTIFR, TRIFR, Near Miss Rate, Severity Rate)Training Program Coordination and DocumentationCoordinate development and delivery of mandatory HSE
