The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded, and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager to join our High Performance Power team reporting directly to the Business Line Director.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between market demand, technology innovation, and business execution. You will drive both inbound product definition (understanding customer pain points, market trends, and defining next-generation ICs) and outbound marketing execution (go-to-market strategies, product launches, collateral generation, pricing, and revenue growth). You will work closely with IC Design, Applications Engineering, System Architecture, Global Sales,
and key OEM/Tier-1 customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap Definition (Inbound Marketing)
• Collaborate with the Business Line Director, Lead Architects, and Systems Engineering to define the multi-year product roadmap for high-performance power solutions (e.g., Power Management ICs, DC-DC regulators, and Application Specific power products).
• Conduct voice-of-customer (VOC) interviews with key automotive, industrial, and data center customers to capture explicit technical and commercial requirements.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable Market Requirement Documents (MRD) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD) with clear feature prioritization and value propositions.
• Perform comprehensive competitive analysis, benchmarking, and teardowns to maintain an enduring competitive advantage.
