Area Manager On Premise - Abruzzo, Umbria, Marche
? Your role

We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a new challenge and grow with us as an Area Manager On Premise, covering Abruzzo, Umbria and Marche.

You will join our Sales Team and be responsible for driving sustainable growth across the assigned territory, leading and developing the sales team, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of commercial strategies to achieve volume, revenue and profitability targets.

? Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth and market development across the assigned territory through effective customer management and execution of commercial strategies.

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, capability building and talent development.

• Deliver area volume, revenue and profitability targets through effective management of budgets, forecasts and commercial investments.

• Trnslate channel priorities into actionable territory plans, ensuring effective execution and continuous performance improvement.





• Build strong relationships with key customers and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.

? What You’ll Bring

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in commercial and sales leadership roles within FMCG, beverage, or customer-facing environments.

• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.

• Strong understanding of commercial planning, budget management, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of English.

• Valid driving licence and availability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Experience within the On Premise and/or Ho.Re.Ca. channel.
