KEY ACCOUNT & IN STORE EXECUTION MANAGER

? Your role

We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional journey with us in the role of Key Account & In Store Execution Manager Sardegna (Oristano or Nuoro).

You will join our Sales Team and act as a strategic partner for the On Premise Channel (Ho.Re.Ca), ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the area strategy and with our company’s ethical and reputational standards.

? Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned wholesalers and customers to drive sustainable growth, distribution expansion and profitability.

• Deliver commercial objectives through effective customer planning, negotiations, performance monitoring and management of commercial investments.

• Drive sell-out performance, execution excellence and visibility standards across the assigned points of sale through direct market engagement and customer activation.





• Connect customer strategies with field execution by translating commercial plans into effective in-market actions and identifying opportunities to improve overall business performance.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution quality and achievement of commercial objectives.

? What You’ll Bring

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.

• At least 1-2 years of sales/commercial experience within FMCG environments, preferably in the Ho.Re.Ca. channel.

• Strong knowledge of the assigned territory, including local market dynamics, customers and business opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience in commercial, sales or customer-facing roles within FMCG or consumer goods environments.

• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret sell-in and sell-out data.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of English.

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
