P&G; is seeking a talented and experienced lawyer to join the Global Privacy and Cybersecurity Law team within the P&G; Legal organization. The assignment in the Global Privacy and Cybersecurity Law team will involve direct, front-line responsibility advising P&G;’s various business functions on legal strategy and compliance with existing and emerging privacy and cybersecurity laws around the globe.

As a Global Privacy & Cybersecurity Senior Manager & Counsel, you will:

• Work directly with clients to creatively solve legal and business problems related to privacy and cybersecurity, implement “privacy and cybersecurity by design” in systems, solutions, and culture, collaborate to define,



assess, and address strategic risk mitigation, and otherwise determine the best ways to meet the needs of our business in this critically important but challenging and rapidly evolving legal space.

• Privacy compliance design and counseling work, including working on projects in more than 180 countries where P&G; does business, with a primary focus on jurisdictions with new, complex, or comprehensive privacy regulatory requirements.

• Regularly evaluating new technologies and business activities to ensure compliance with global laws related to managing personal information.

• Providing legal support to P&G;’s privacy compliance systems for company activities, such as business applications, company websites, and third-party service providers.

• Support of cybersecurity and privacy incident management.
