As a Human Resources Coordinator, you play an important role in creating a positive and supportive workplace for all Team Members. By supporting the HR team, assisting with HR processes, and collaborating with department managers, you help foster a culture where Team Members feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to grow.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support Team Members throughout their employee journey: Assist with HR-related requests and provide guidance on HR procedures, policies, and internal processes, contributing to a positive Team Member experience.
• Manage casual and on-call workforce administration: Coordinate the administrative processes related to casual workers and on-call employees, including documentation, contracts, and workforce records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.




• Build relationships with schools and support internship programmes: Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and training institutions, coordinate internship opportunities, and support students throughout their placement experience.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives: Support activities that strengthen the hotel's reputation as an employer of choice, promoting career opportunities and showcasing the Hilton culture to potential candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding for new Team Members: Support the pre-boarding and onboarding process, ensuring new joiners receive the necessary information, documentation, and guidance to integrate smoothly into the team.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, prepare documentation, and assist with the coordination of HR activities and projects.
