Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Assist with planning and coordinating reservations
• Review availability and reservation details
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information
• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records
• Follow up on pending requests and outstanding information
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary
• Ensure reservation details are organized and accurate
• Provide professional client support throughout the process
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Customer-focused and professional
• Comfortable conducting online research
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
