IZZA Milano is looking for an Accessories Design & Product Assistant to join the studio in Milan.
This is a practical and creative role for someone who understands accessories and enjoys the work that turns an idea into a finished object.
The role will support the Founder and Creative Director through the full development process, from research and early design proposals to sourcing, production and delivery. This includes trend, material and competitor research, design development across headwear, bags, eyewear and future accessories, preparation of technical material, contact with factories and suppliers, and research into artists, collaborators and creative opportunities.
The right person is visually curious, organised and able to move between ideas and details without losing either. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is essential. A genuine interest in accessories design, materials and fashion production is highly valued.
The role is based in Milan, with a hybrid rhythm between the IZZA working space in Porta Nuova and remote work. Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
Paid trial period, followed by a defined contract.
