Johnson Electric Group in Asti is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth across a defined European automotive products area. You will shape commercial strategy, expand business with OEM and Tier 1 customers, and lead a four-person sales team located in Italy, Germany, and France.
You will define medium- and long-term strategy, manage pricing and contracts, and oversee forecasts and budgets across Europe, with extensive travel expected.
