Your main tasks : Be Casa Monti's ambassador to customers and partners, and have a thorough knowledge of our establishment's environment

You will supervise the team of receptionists, valets and baggage handlers and provide feedback on their performance.

In the absence of the reservations department, you will manage reservation requests

Check and follow up on all reservations

Build loyalty among existing customers and ensure the satisfaction of new customers

Monitor, handle and resolve customer disputes in close collaboration with your line managers

Manage Front Office schedules

Provide training for Front Office teams

Give tours of the establishment to professionals and customers

Supervise the team of receptionists,

Ensuring that Front Office procedures are complied with, updated and optimized

Control and monitor accounts receivable

Develop the hotel's turnover through upsell actions

Ensure proper management of the cash register, daily closings and commission invoices

Manage, motivate and organize the work of the teams in order to optimize customer satisfaction

Participate in and lead Head of Department meetings

You will be responsible for welcoming guests and allocating rooms, working closely with the housekeeping department.
