Responsabilità Lead, coach, and develop external sales professionals to meet/exceed objectives
Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with commercial priorities
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners
Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and performance reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management,
Customer Sales Support, and Internal Sales to optimize execution
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential in the territory
Promote customer-centric engagement across the team
Drive adoption of CRM tools to improve sales processes and forecasting accuracy
Requisiti fondamentali At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
Minimum 2 years in people leadership or sales management
Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets in field sales
Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills
Experience managing geographically dispersed/remote sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment
