Overview
In this role you will maintain and improve manufacturing processes to deliver safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will work with the Industrial Engineer Manager at the Monfalcone site to drive optimization and standardization. You will lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance. Responsabilità Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards
Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency




Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning
Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence
Requisiti fondamentali 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
Knowledge of manufacturing cycles
Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level)
