Rank On Maps is a US-based local SEO company. We get local service businesses, roofers, HVAC companies, plumbers and the like, ranking at the top of Google Maps and local search so the phone rings with real jobs. Not impressions, not "visibility," jobs.
We're growing, and we're adding to the team because of it. We need a Local SEO Strategist who'll own a book of clients end to end: the strategy, the results and the relationship.
This is a remote role for someone based in Latin America, working US business hours with US clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Be the main point of contact for your clients. They'll know your name, and they'll know you're the one running their account.
• Build and own the local SEO strategy for each client, then drive it through with our specialists in content, development, Google Business Profile and CRM/automation.
• Run client calls, send updates before anyone asks, and explain what we did,
why we did it and what it moved.
• Track results by what the client can actually trace: calls, form fills and booked jobs. Verify the numbers across sources before they reach the client.
• Say the hard thing early. If a month is flat, the client hears it from you first, with a plan attached.
• Make clean handoffs to the team, keep everyone in the loop and raise the bar for how we work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Real, hands-on local SEO experience. You've ranked local businesses yourself, and you can walk us through exactly what you did.
• Depth across the craft: Google Business Profile, Maps and local pack ranking factors, geo-grid rank tracking, local landing pages and site structure, reviews, citations and NAP consistency, local links, Search Console and GA4, call tracking and lead attribution.
• A working view on how AI search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT and the rest) is changing how people find loca
