The Aero Alliance Customer Fulfilment and Experience Leader will champion the customer journey, ensuring total satisfaction through superior quality, timely delivery, and cost‑efficiency across the entire engine overhauling lifecycle.
You will act as the primary bridge between our shop floor operations and our customers, responding to customer needs, monitoring all the engines maintenance steps and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to professionalism, transparency, and reliability. By leading cross‑functional efforts and implementing standardized service processes, you will ensure our Avenza Service Center delivers a predictable and exceptional experience, turning our customers into long‑term partners.
