Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Direct Team Leader to oversee and lead our Client Relationship Representatives (Field Based). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience of promoting company services and of leading teams within a fast-paced environment, preferably within a financial services institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Client Relationship Representatives team
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and goals
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as necessary
- Handle escalated client issues and objections with resiliency and professionalism
- Maintain an organized schedule and diary management
- Interest in AI-powered tools and openness to promote working in AI-enhanced environments
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably a financial services institution
- Understanding of financial products/services features and advantages
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Resiliency and the ability to handle objections effectively
- Computer literacy and an AI tech mindset
- Leadership and team management experience
- Proven track record in business development and business services promotional activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
