Job Description
As Sales Manager PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) Italy (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing Kelvion’s presence within the Italian PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) market.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop connections within already identified relevant accounts with PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas) market
- Customer acquisition and care; maintain existing customer base; identify and win new customers
- Position Kelvion products at early project stage
- Technical and commercial negotiations
- Preparation of calculations and quotes including follow‑up and contract closures
- Identify existing local service contractors acting in the region and cooperate with them
- Prepare the necessary market analyses
- Lead a team
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in PEC (Power, Energy, Chemicals and Oil & Gas), Industrial Sales and Business Development
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification, alternatively relevant commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, thermodynamics, thermal and fluid mechanics
- Commercial and managerial competence, including negotiation skills and reporting knowledge
- Sound understanding of marketing, management and commercial law
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems
- Self‑starter with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skill
