Sifar Nutra is part of Sifar Group that was founded in 1966 on a pharmaceutical heritage. Today our food supplements reach consumers across Europe through , Amazon in Italy, Spain, Germany and France, Tik Tok Shop, and Italy's leading online pharmacies. We're looking for a new team member who will drive growth of our direct-to-consumer business. You'll report directly to the CEO in a small, international team where decisions are made quickly and your work shows up in the results.

What you'll do

Define and execute the D2 C marketing strategy: brand, positioning and product communication Run performance campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok), owning budget and results Grow : conversion, content, CRM and email marketing Manage Sifar Nutra's social media accounts Lead new product launches, working with the marketplace team Develop content with our pharmacist and external creators,



within supplement claims regulations Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in Italy.

Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry.

Measure what matters: revenue and contribution margin by channel, not just ROAS Over time, build and lead your own team Who we're looking for 4-7 years in digital marketing for a consumer brand, ideally in supplements, health, beauty or food, in-house or agency Hands-on experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, not only managing agencies Comfortable with numbers: you can read channel P&L; and make data-driven decisions Native Italian and fluent English (English is the team's working language) Nice to have: knowledge of supplement claims regulations, Amazon or marketplace experience, Shopify What we offer Real autonomy and direct access to the CEO A clear growth path toward leading the D2 C division A brand with a genuine story and pharmaceutical-grade products Based in Milan
