YOUR ROLE
Supporting QMT HR L&D; ongoing initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the design, structuring, and ongoing maintenance of a skill-based learning hub/platform, helping keep content,
resources, and navigation organized and up to date
- Support coordination and knowledge management across L&D; projects - consolidating inputs from multiple stakeholders (SMEs, program leads) into structured, usable materials
- Contribute to project administration and coordination activities as initiatives scale
- Act as a central point of reference for pulling together deliverables (presentations, plans, program materials) across project teams
- Support design and execution of L&D; related marketing & communication campaign through in person and ST internal social media channels
Profile / Competencies
- Strong work organization capabilities junior project management mindset
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
- Proficient user of Office Suite and other digital tools, including Share point and Power BI
