Eton is seeking to hire a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our existing business and expansion in the European market. This position is a key role within the European wholesale team. The position will be based in one of our showrooms in Munich or Milan (partly remote). You will report to the Sales Director Continental Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and deliver annual sales, revenue, margin, and sell-through targets across assigned European wholesale markets and customer portfolios.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable business growth with luxury department stores, premium retailers, specialty boutiques, and key wholesale partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with high-potential luxury and premium accounts to expand market share and brand distribution.
- Lead seasonal selling campaigns and collection presentations, maximizing order intake, assortment breadth, and profitability across all customer segments.
