Service Owner - Human Capital Management
Do you want to help shape how IT supports the employee experience in a global organization where collaboration, professionalism, and ambition go hand in hand?
In Global IT Business Engagement, you will join a strong and dedicated team responsible for some of Danish Crown’s most important IT services and transformation initiatives across Business Units and Group Functions. We work closely with both business and IT, and we are passionate about creating value, quality, and real impact every day.
We are now looking for a new colleague to take ownership of our Human Capital Management service area and help ensure that our HR-related IT services are coherent, scalable, and aligned with business needs across Danish Crown.
The role – where you can make an impact
In this role,

you will help shape how Danish Crown uses digital HCM services to support HR, leaders, and employees across the organization.
