? We’re Hiring: Consulting Engineer 3

? Location: Italy

? Experience: 3–6 years

? Languages: Italian and English

? Certification: CCNP or higher

Are you passionate about network engineering, solution design, and solving complex technical challenges? We’re looking for a Consulting Engineer 3 to join our team and help customers design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and optimize networking technologies based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and partners to deliver effective solutions.
- Take ownership of technical implementation activities for assigned customer projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support presales activities.
- Create and review technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and implementation plans.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and drive timely problem resolution.
- Build and use test lab environments to validate solutions and resolve compatibility issues.
- Support technology transitions and contribute to best practices, technical documentation,



and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching (R&S;), including network design and troubleshooting.
- Good expertise in at least one additional networking technology, preferably Software-Defined Access (SDA) or SD-WAN.
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting networking solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience preparing technical designs and implementation documentation.
- Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- CCNP certification or higher is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
