For the next season 2027, we are looking a Valet to join our front of the house team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
- Deal with all Valets operations (greeting guests and escorting them to reception;
- Drive and park cars and shuttles, manage arrivals and departures) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
- Coordinate with reception and concierge;
- Assist with all guests requests.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;
- Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite;
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
- Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
- Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background.

- Start date:March 2027 to End date: November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
