Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Cashier at Bell Tr. The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining organized digital or online records of purchases.

Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying transaction details, assisting customers with questions about charges or billing, and resolving basic payment-related issues. The role also involves communicating with customers via online or phone channels, following company procedures for security and data privacy,



and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth operations. The Cashier is expected to follow established guidelines, meet productivity and accuracy targets, and uphold a professional, customer-focused attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and records.
- Proficiency with computers, point-of-sale or billing systems, and basic office software.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with customers and team members remotely.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and stay organized in a remote environment.
- Customer service mindset, including patience, problem-solving skills, and a focus on positive experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Reliability in following security, confidentiality, and data protection procedures.
- Comfort working tempo pieno in a remote setting with stable internet access and a suitable workspace.
