Campus EHS Manager – Data Centres

TwoScore is supporting a leading international Data Centre Developer in the appointment of an experienced Campus EHS Manager to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety performance across a major data centre campus in Milan.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding developer delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre projects across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee EHS performance across multiple construction projects within the campus.
- Manage and influence principal contractors, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Drive a proactive safety culture, ensuring high standards of EHS compliance and performance.
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments,



identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic EHS leadership and reporting to senior project stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong EHS management experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Previous data centre, mission-critical or major infrastructure experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage EHS performance across multiple contractors and complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Italian EHS legislation and construction safety requirements.
