• IT## About this vacancyAs a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:Business DevelopmentCreating and developing your own business unitDeveloping and managing your own client portfolioRecruitment Identifying and recruiting engineers who will join your teamCollaborating with the talent acquisition team to find the best talent for TMC People ManagementManaging your team of consultants (career management, monitoring, and coaching)Financial ManagementManaging the budget and costs related to contract negotiations and salary proposals## What we expect from youMaster's degree in engineering, economics, and scientific disciplinesInterest in business, consulting,
