If you are someone who enjoys finding new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. Generate new leads and develop your own prospect pipeline Connect with business owners, HR managers and decision-makers Present Felipillon's recruitment and talent acquisition solutions Understand client hiring needs and communicate them to our recruitment team Negotiate commercial terms and close new client agreements Conduct online and, where required, in-person client meetings Keep track of business development activities and opportunities Good command of English Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, Client Acquisition or Sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with cold outreach,



prospecting and lead generation Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers Experience in Recruitment, Renewable Energy, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Logistics is a strong advantage Existing business network in Italy is a plus 100% remote freelance collaboration 100% commission-based compensation No fixed salary - earnings are directly linked to successful client acquisition Flexible working arrangement Initial training and commercial support Direct collaboration with our experienced recruitment team Opportunity to represent an international recruitment company in the Italian market Opportunity to grow with Felipillon's international expansion It is an independent freelance collaboration with 100% commission-based compensation.
