We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team to be based in our Antwerp office. This role would require a relocation to Belgium.
The Role
The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of account management, onboarding, and client growth tasks, as it liaises with the Delivery, Sales, and Product teams. The Customer Success Manager will:

- Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle with MotorK, taking full account management ownership
- Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring product activation aligns with the dealer's digital strategy and signed SLA
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions, translate client requirements into clear delivery briefs, and manage cross-functional execution
- Drive adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling/cross-selling activities to meet individual and team revenue goals
- Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method
