Controluce MGMT è un’agenzia di management che rappresenta fotografi, registi, DOP, filmmakers e art directors.

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Agent , basato a Milano , con una solida esperienza nel mondo dell’agenzia e una conoscenza approfondita del mercato francese.

La persona che cerchiamo avrà un ruolo centrale nella gestione e sviluppo del roster francese e italiano , mantenendo e ampliando i rapporti con clienti, brand francesi.

Responsabilità principali:

- Gestione e sviluppo di un portfolio di talent
- Gestione del roster francese e italiano e dei rapporti con i talent
- Sviluppo e mantenimento delle relazioni con clienti e brand sul mercato francese
- Coordinamento e gestione delle richieste, booking e negoziazioni
- Supporto alle principali attività e dinamiche quotidiane dell’agenzia
- Sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali e consolidamento del network

Requisiti:

• Esperienza senior maturata in un’agenzia, preferibilmente nel settore fashion / produzione

- Esperienza competente a Parigi e/o conoscenza del mercato francese
- Network consolidato di clienti e contatti in Francia
- Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e commerciali
- Autonomia nella gestione dei talent e delle trattative

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese e inglese

• Disponibilità a lavorare dalla nostra sede di Milano

We are looking for a Senior Agent based in Milan , with solid agency experience and an in-depth knowledge of the French market. The person we are looking for will play a central role in managing and developing the French and Italian roster , maintaining and expanding relationships with French clients and brands.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing and developing a talent portfolio
- Managing the French and Italian roster and talent relationships
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and brands in the French market
- Coordinating and handling requests, bookings and negotiations
- Supporting the agency's core activities and day-to-day operations
- Developing new business opportunities and strengthening the network

Requirements:

- Senior experience gained within an agency, preferably in the fashion / production sector
- Professional experience in Paris and/or knowledge of the French market
- An established network of clients and contacts in France
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and commercial skills
- Autonomy in managing talent and negotiations
- Excellent knowledge of French and English
- Availability to work from our Milan office
