Role Objective
Key Account Manager: Drive the operational management of client relationships,
guiding them from the initial post-lead generation contact all the way through complete onboarding and daily platform utilization. This role demands execution precision, strict adherence to processes, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Commercial Deal Execution: Lead meetings with prospective clients provided by the lead generation channel, identify core needs, and prepare technical-commercial proposals.
- Client Activation & Onboarding: Support and guide clients through the initial configuration and platform adoption phase, ensuring a seamless transfer of product value.
- Customer Success & Retention: Continuously monitor how clients utilize the ecosystem, manage periodic touchpoints to proactively prevent issues, and spot opportunities for account growth (upsell and cross-sell).
