Hybrid Work payments The MINIMUM gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,125.00.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles, R2R or similar roles.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS is considered a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in English.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving attitude, team‑oriented approach, flexibility, and willingness to travel internationally (approx.10%).
