Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources

Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
- Academic degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous internship experience in HR or hospitality is considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong interest in luxury hospitality and people management

Primary Job Functions
Administration Duties:
- Support daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems in line with company standards
- Assist with employee documentation and communications with local authorities when required
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Recruitment Duties:
- Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews
- Support the organization of recruitment activities and internal events
- Contribute to maintaining an updated and structured candidate database
- Participate in the coordination of “First Encounter” sessions and interviews
General Activities:
- Uphold and promote Bvlgari’s commitment to excellence and quality
- Support internal HR projects (e.g., training calendars, engagement initiatives, grooming standards)
- Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities
