The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments.YOUR TASKSHold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service.Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team.Ensure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality, and scheduleEnsure alignment and coordination across key functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams.Represent the company towards clients and build strong,



positive relationships and ensure customer satisfactionGuarantee compliance with HSE and technical requirements on siteManage the financial performance of the project, monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control.Dentify project risks and implement mitigation measures proactivelyHandle claims, disputes, and contractual negotiations and actively manage variations (change orders), invoicing, and cash collection.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkeyprojects preferableExperience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumenTechnical background with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or similar.Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.Experience in a global, cross‑functional environment.Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity. xysqume All employment decisions are made without regard to religion, age, sex, color, national origin, handicap, or other protected class and are in full compliance with all federal and state laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
