YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESScopra di più sulle mansioni generali e sulle competenze richieste per questa occasione leggendo di seguito.Identify, research, and assess emerging assembly technologies relevant to future products and processesTranslate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable processesDefine process and site requirements, equipment needs, personnel qualification requirements and quality targetsMonitor trends in automation, joining, packaging, and digital manufacturingPlan and execute pilot projects, prototypes, and trialsConduct simulations and lab-scale trials to evaluate new technologiesPerform risk, cost, and maturity assessments (e.G., TRL, MRL)Contribute to the creation of technology standards across product familiesCollaborate with universities, research institutes, and suppliers on technology developmentYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Automation Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious professional experience in technology development, advanced manufacturing,
