Responsibilities
- Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market share.
- Collaborating closely with Channel partners to increase indirect sales.
- Building business plans with key partners to drive mind share and growth
- Executing sales training and provide marketing support
- Tracking sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics
- Ensuring accuracy, keep detailed records in CRM, report tools, and forecast for Channel Leadership & Operations.
What we’re looking for
- Have experience in managing partnerships in Unified Communications/ Cloud /Telephony space.
- Be able to develop and execute sales strategies for Partner programs & sales enablement
- Experience with SaaS Resellers in Italy
- Have a deep understanding of the Partner ecosystem
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Be proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth with Channel partners
- Have collaborated with the Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem. i.e Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, Verint.
The position is classified as impiegati level 1 according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of the commerce sector, the rules of which will apply during the employment relationship.
The salary range for this position as full-time €43,860–€70,200 gross annual base salary.
Final compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria such as skills, experience, qualifications, role scope and internal equity, in line with the applicable collective bargaining framework and Italian legislative decree No. 96/2026 guidelines.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
Moreover following benefits are provided for such position:
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum: €73,100.00
Maximum: €117,000.00
