Ashby is seeking a Platform Engineer to scale our infrastructure and deliver a reliable, secure hiring platform used by leading teams. You will own core infrastructure projects end-to-end, balancing reliability with flexibility, and working with a small, high-performing team.

You'll tackle scaling challenges, optimize a homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler, and contribute to security, deployment strategies, and data architecture as Ashby grows rapidly.
