Plant Engineering & Continuous Improvement ManagementPlanning, managing, and overseeing CAPEX for plant improvements and upgrades; Leading and managing engineering projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion; Leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs,
and improve quality; Working across Plant Organization to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency; Management of 1engineering / CI specialist.3. Performance Monitoring & KPI GovernanceMonitoring and follow-up of maintenance KPIs and Plant KBIs; Analysis of technical performance data to support decision-making; Defining and sharing technical best practices.WHAT WE OFFER YOUA permanent position.
