Gondolina Shoes has grown by more than 1,200% each year.
Now we are looking for someone who can help us turn that growth into a more structured, scalable and faster organisation.
This is not an administrative role.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up relentlessly and makes sure important projects actually get completed.
YOUR MISSION
You will work across:
- Digital & Ecommerce
- Wholesale & B2B
- Hospitality
- Partnerships
- Retail
- Business Development
- AI & automation
- Strategic projects
You do not need to be the expert in every area.
You need to make sure the right people execute, communicate and deliver.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Turn priorities into clear action plans.
- Define owners, deadlines and next steps.
- Follow up until projects are completed.
- Identify and remove bottlenecks.
- Coordinate teams, agencies, suppliers and partners.
- Improve communication between departments.
- Build processes and operational systems.
- Challenge delays and unclear ownership.
- Make sure meetings generate action.
- Escalate problems quickly.
- Continuously improve efficiency and scalability.

EXPERIENCE
- Relevant backgrounds may include:
- Business Operations
- Strategy & Operations
- Project Management
- Management Consulting
- Chief of Staff
- Startup / Scale-up Operations
- Business Development
- Fashion or luxury experience is appreciated, but not essential.
- We value intelligence, ownership, speed and execution ability more than industry background.
