As the Digital Transformation Business Partner – R&D;, you support the digital transformation of our R&D; organization. You translate business needs into digital solutions, optimize processes end-to-end, and support the adoption of innovative technologies such as AI, automation, LIMS/ELN, PLM enhancements, and simulation tools. You act as a strategic partner, process optimizer, and change agent across R&D; and its interfaces. Align R&D; digital initiatives with strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline R&D; processes.
Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget).
Ensure a key user approach for relevant R&D; applications is established, including UAT coordination and first-level support.
Support Data Governance (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
Promote compliance, quality, safety, and CSR guidelines.
Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar.
Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, IT project management, and functional analysis.
Strong understanding of R&D; processes and SAP R&D; modules.
Project management expertise (agile certifications preferred).
Knowledge of change management methodologies.
Fluent in English + Italian or German.

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is € 49.715 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
