Hill International is recruiting a Planning Engineer in Milan for one of its oil and gas projects, requisition 13214. The advert puts the accuracy and regularity of project progress analysis, carried out according to the project procedures, at the centre of the role.

The work covers detailed scheduling of project activities, analysis of the contractors' and the project team's schedules, and the production of project progress reports. The post consolidates the detailed contractor schedules into the project master schedule and identifies the critical path activities running through it. It checks project reports and takes part in progress meetings and ad hoc project meetings, keeping the planning team informed.

Hill asks for a bachelor of science degree in engineering from an accredited university and ten years of work experience after the degree. Excellent spoken and written English is required, with a proven ability to write reports.
