/ph3bArea of tasks, responsibility, and goals in the organizational area /b /h3pExecuting sales activities on Joint Engineered Systems and Services Paper quotations, in co-operation with other PAD product groups and capital / service divisions.
/ph3bMain Responsibilities:
/b /h3ulliManage nominated sales projects according to established guidelines to ensureulliprofitable orders with agreeable risks; /lilithat project scope and costs are matching; /lilithat our delivery capability meets customer's project needs and schedule /lilicustomer satisfaction /liliproper transfer to delivery organization /li /ul /liliManage sales projects in his/her own region / process area; be aware of own regions specialities (country regulation, customer specifications, contractual climate, country risks, local conditions, etc.) /liliPrepare and manage preparation of quotation documents /liliIn direct quotations lead Andritz team in customer meetings; prepare necessary presentations and present our offering to customer /liliDevelop sales strategy for nominated sales project jointly with PG management /liliDevelop a quotation plan when necessary (time schedule of quotation activities and budget) /liliInform necessary internal stake-holders early enough that they can plan their actions and support the sales project with dedication /liliCreate and prosper relationships with Customers and develop the dedicated market area also including marketing actions in the area /liliIdentification of new business opportunities (customers, technologies etc.)
and communicating them to management /liliFollow up competitors and inform to management their actions and/or news in respective market area and sales projects /liliIdentification of new technologies and product needs to be added into PAD product range.
and communicating them to management /liliProject support at customer interface; contract interpretation in case of differences of opinions /liliConsider lessons learned, feedback reports and NCR of comparable projects in order to enhance the accuracy and reliability of running RFQs.
/liliMonitor plan and report market opportunities and sales activities through ANDRITZ CRM and monthly reports.
/liliMaster's degree / MSc in Engineering is considered a plus /liliOver 5y of experience in paper industry sales support or project management/engineering PL experience and understanding of growth implications and needed measures in the organization /li /ulh3bExpectation / requirements of the job holder: /b /h3ulliKnowledge of sales and marketing principles /liliKnowledge of paper mill and converting plant processes /liliUnderstanding of Project management principles /liliAutomation and Digitalization Products knowledge (good to have) /liliMachinery/engineering principles /liliGood knowledge of English.
