You will bring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of every part.Our TeamYou will be part of a skilled machining team that partners with engineering and operations to produce high-precision components and drive continuous improvement in machining processes.What You Will DoSet up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision partsInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to plan machining sequencesSelect tooling, set offsets, and adjust speeds and feeds to meet specificationsInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers,



gauges)Perform first-article and in-process inspections to ensure qualityMaintain equipment and perform routine machine upkeepRecommend process and tooling improvementsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Technical diploma or vocational training in machining/mechanics, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience operating milling machines (CNC and/or manual)Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&TProficiency with precision xysqume measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and quality focusWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with CNC programming and setup (e.G., Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens controls)Familiarity with CAM softwareExperience machining tight-tolerance components in a high-mix or regulated environmentKnowledge of tooling optimization and machining best practices#J-18808-Ljbffr
