We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Lead to join the T&T; Digital Engineering organization of our prestigious client based in the Bologna area.

La preghiamo di consultare attentamente la panoramica riportata di seguito.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of global T&T; projects, including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives; Monitor T&TKPIs;, including aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance; Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives; Support governance, reporting, risk management, and project portfolio reviews; Maintain standards, procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms.Job RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation; Experience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs.Preferred ExperienceTrack & Trace systems and solutions; Manufacturing Execution Systems; Vision systems, coding and marking technologies; Regulatory compliance and product traceability requirements; Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Work conditionsWorking hours:
